Join us for a little Samhain magic at Renmore A.F.C.

Enjoy a well-rounded Vinyasa flow, moving with the breath to find lightness and joy, inspired by the iconic Thriller dance video.

After the flow, you are invited to stay for some lovely green slime (green tea) and Witch bites (biscuits).

What to bring:

• comfortable clothing

• a water bottle

• a yoga mat if you have one. I do have a few spares

Come as you are, or add a little Halloween spark..

There is no fixed price for this event; Pay what feels right for you (suggested contributions starting from €5,00).
